Add and delete new contacts on easynote!

It is easy to add a new contact on Easynote!

First and foremost, go to the ‘Project Management’ tab on the top right of the screen. Click on ‘Contacts’ and you will be redirected to the next step.

Once you have been redirected, an overview with all the contacts will be presented as illustrated below. A list of all the company contacts will also be presented once you click on the ‘Companies’ button on the left side. If you do not have any contacts created, the ‘Add new contact’ button on the top right corner will help you with that.

Once you press ‘Add new contact’ button, an ‘Add new contact section‘ will appear on the right side. Fill in the empty fields. And once you feel satisfied. Press the ‘Create contact‘ button, and the creation process is done!

If you wish to have a more detailed view of a certain contact. Press the contact and a new page will appear.

In this page you can modify the information or add a note that you might want to have for the specific contact.

The same process is regarding companies. If you wish to delete a contact. Press the ‘Action’ button on the top left side and press delete. Easy and quick! 🙂
