If you would like to set your own avatar on picture its super simple.
Go to Settings
Then click on the Personal Information to the left
In the Personal Information click on the Use avatar
Once you have selected Use avatar, click on Upload your photo
Now select the photo you would like to have as your avatar and you are ready to go have your new avatar!
